You can check the status of your order through “Track Order” available on website. Just enter your Order Id and contact number provided in your order and you can track it. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you can live track the rider’s progress through a tracking link that will be sent to you via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery / COD
Cash on Delivery option is available for our customer.

Our Delivery orders take up to 15 -20 working days whereas, the normal orders can take up to 18-20 working days however the time can be affected or delayed in case of weather conditions, the deliveries are taking longer than usual but we will continue improving the delivery times.
If the order contains Flash and Regular items, Flash items will be delivered in 15 working days and the regular items will be delivered in 18-20 working days (from the day order is confirmed).

1. We facilitate all your exchange requests, regardless of the nature of your issue. All products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery should they meet the exchange criteria.3. Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing.4. Refund will only occur if:
1. The Wrong item was sent.
2. The item is Defective.
3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).
Please note that refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available.
We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full refund by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org 1. Orders paid through “Pay via Credit/ Debit Card” will be refunded in the same account from where the payment has been made.
2. Orders paid through IBFT or COD will be refunded through Bank transfer in your Bank account.
